The 3M Silver deburring disc is our Type 27 disc, designed to provide an unbeatable combination of performance and value that ensures fast and consistent cutting action and heavy material removal when grinding stainless steel, mild steel, aerospace alloys and more.
Use the 3M Silver deburring disc for aggressive grinding applications such as chamfering, weld removal, weld grinding and edge machining on all kinds of metals. The disc features our Precision Shaped Grain, which continuously breaks down into super-sharp points and edges that cut cleanly through metal instead of grooving or gouging like traditional abrasives. This helps the material to last significantly longer than conventional abrasives with ceramic grains and maintain a high cutting speed throughout its lifetime.
